Hi, I’m Annie—the baker behind Oh, Schmidt! Small Batch Bakery. My love for baking started young, growing up in a family of incredible cooks and bakers. Some of my favorite memories are in the kitchen, learning, tasting, and sharing homemade treats with the people I love. That passion for food led me to study Clinical Nutrition, where I deepened my appreciation for real, wholesome ingredients. But it wasn’t until I became a mom of three that I found my way back to baking in a more meaningful way—focusing on simple, from-scratch recipes made with ingredients I trust and feel good about feeding my family. What began as baking for my own home quickly grew into something more. Now, I bake to share that same feeling with you through simple, delicious treats made with love.
